12th DPWH RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM

The 12th DPWH Research Symposium, held on October 16, 2026, at UP Diliman under the theme “Powering Progress: Advancing Energy-Efficient Infrastructure through Innovation,” aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering.
Organized by the Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS), the event brought together DPWH officials, civil engineers, academic researchers, and private industry partners to collaborate on modernizing public infrastructure.
The primary goal of the symposium was to share cutting-edge breakthroughs—focusing on advanced concrete technologies, slope stabilization, and pavement performance—to ensure future government infrastructure projects are more resilient, sustainable, and cost-effective.

Additionally, Gryke Scientific served as one of the key collaborators for the event, showcasing its contributions to engineering and material testing through a dedicated exhibition booth. Attendees had the opportunity to visit the booth to explore Gryke Scientific's latest state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, advanced testing technologies, and specialized technical solutions designed to support rigorous infrastructure research. This active participation highlighted the vital role that industry partners play in providing the practical tools and expertise necessary to translate DPWH's innovative research into real-world infrastructure improvements.
